Female Focused was born from a moment of recognition that changed everything.
When Kim Kilgo confided to her lifelong friends about her struggles with exhaustion, brain fog, and feeling like she was losing herself, something clicked.
Her friend Lisa, a seasoned midwife and menopause specialist immediately recognized what so many doctors miss: perimenopause symptoms that are routinely dismissed or misdiagnosed.
That conversation sparked a mission. Kim left her Job at Apple, and together with their two physician friends from high school—Dr. Lissa Bernstein-Lawler and Dr. Leslie Ufberg—they created what they wish had existed for themselves.
The result? A telehealth practice where women's experiences are believed, understood, and expertly treated.
